Rates and Services
Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, UnitedHealthcare/UBH, UMR, Oscar, Magellan Health, TRICARE - TriWest, CHAMPVA
In addition to insurance, our practice accepts cash, check, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. If we are considered “out-of-network” for your plan, we are happy to provide you with a superbill after services have been rendered to submit to your insurance company. During your initial consultation, you will be provided with an upfront “Good Faith Estimate” for services.
Therapy
Online or in-person. Our most common modalities of treatment are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SBFT). Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Psychological Assessment
Psychological and Neuropsychological assessments typically take 8 to 14 hours to complete (including Clinical Interview, Records Review, Assessment/Testing, Report Writing/Interpretation/Scoring, and Feedback Session).

Consultation
Online or in-person. These sessions are geared toward the individualized needs of clients, school districts, or outside organizations.

60 mins | Inquire Directly - IMEs, Expert Witness, Training, Contracts, Security Clearance (MMPI-3), and Requests from Outside Organizations
